The viewer should particularly focus on the object seen by Governor Fife Symington III which he publicly described 10 years after the actual event by saying "I'm a pilot, and I know just about every machine that flies. It was bigger than anything I've ever seen." %%%%%% PROJECT OVERVIEW %%%%%% PROJECT SUMMARY: This project investigates the massive unidentified aerial craft that caused the Phoenix Lights event on 13 March 1997, witnessed by thousands in the U.S. Southwest and later publicly described by then-Governor Fife Symington. Two expert remote viewers — Daz Smith and Dick Allgire — worked under solo, fully blind, video-recorded conditions to explore the nature of the craft and its occupants. Both viewers independently described a large, low-flying, highly structured airborne object exhibiting angular geometry and intense energetic emissions. The craft was observed as radiating a humming or vibrating field that distorted its visible boundaries, giving it a shimmering or shape-shifting quality. Observers on the ground — seen in both sessions — reacted with awe, perceiving the event as life-altering. Interior descriptions revealed a multi-level structured environment with smooth, curved architecture and high-density instrumentation. Both viewers perceived sophisticated plasma or ionized particle systems — described metaphorically as "supercollider-like" or "rotating charged gases" — used for power and mobility. No traditional fuel source was observed; instead, the craft appeared to draw energy from another dimension. Beings inside the craft were described as tall, light-skinned, and graceful, with high cognitive control and deliberate motion. One viewer reported a commander-like figure — striking in appearance and capable of morphological projection — who explained that the stars visible in Earth’s sky are actually interdimensional apertures. This subject communicated that advanced civilizations use such apertures for transit, bypassing the limitations of linear space-time. The message emphasized that mainstream human science is still trapped in flat, limited conceptions of space and light. The data indicate that the Phoenix Lights were not terrestrial flares or military aircraft, but a public-facing transit event involving high-dimensional technology and a species capable of deliberate visual presentation. The craft was large enough to block out stars and designed to both operate within and partially obscure conventional 3D perception — suggesting intentional semi-disclosure or observational testing. The event may have been orchestrated as a gentle cultural seeding by a peaceful off-world group. They were seen by thousands of people in the evening from 7:30 to 10:30pm local, Arizona time. So we have both lights flying in a triangular formation over a large distance, as well as something in the air directly over Phoenix, something that hung around for a long time. Now, the Governor of Arizona, Fife Symington, was one of the witnesses, and many people claimed to have seen the underbelly of at least one large ship flying so low to the ground that it blocked out the sky above. The shape of this object was similar to that of a carpenter square. Now, the United States Air Force initially gave no comment about the event and then months later issued a statement saying that the lights were merely flares dropped by an A10 Warthog aircraft during training exercises. Well, needless to say, this explanation did not match what many of the witnesses said they saw. But the official explanation seemed more than enough to satisfy the mainstream media, which spread the official story widely. CNN eventually reported on the event in a special report that included an interview with the former governor of Arizona, Fife Symington, where he said, I suspect that unless the Defense Department informs us otherwise, that it was probably some form of an alien spacecraft. Now elsewhere, the former governor is reported to have said, I'm a pilot and I know just about every machine that flies. It was bigger than anything I've ever seen. And the governor also reportedly said, as a pilot and former Air Force officer, I can definitively say that this craft did not resemble any man made object I'd ever seen. And it was certainly not high altitude flares, because flares don't fly in formation. Well, this picture that you see next to me is an artistic rendering of the event based on eyewitness accounts plus video to help you give an idea of what we are talking about. So there you have it. We have a mystery. With thousands of eyewitnesses and an official governmental explanation that does not fit with the eyewitness accounts. This is a perfect situation to use remote viewing to explore exactly what happened over the skies of Phoenix, Arizona on March 13, 1997. And to cut to the chase, we know exactly what happened on that mysterious evening. And I am about to tell you all about it. And know the official governmental story does not win. I am Courtney Brown and I am Director of the Farsight Institute, a nonprofit research and educational institute dedicated to the study of the phenomenon known as remote viewing. The Institute is the most well recognized venue for large public studies using remote viewing as it is performed using methods that were developed by the United States military and used for espionage purposes or methods that are derivative of those procedures. Remote viewing is a real phenomenon even though mainstream science and the media have been slow to recognize it as such and the US Military is not going to tell anyone if they still use it, even though in my mind they most certainly do. Militaries keep secrets. It's what they do. But we are a civilian organization and our mission is to inform the public about the science of remote viewing as well as to describe what we discover using the phenomenon. For those of you who want more background on the subject of remote viewing as it is done using military or military derived methodologies, I suggest that you visit the website for the Farsight Institute where you can find a huge quantity of high quality scientific studies using remote viewing. There you will find peer reviewed published research, a wide range of fascinating topics and projects, as well as a great many examples that you can peruse to very briefly summarize a basic description of remote viewing. It is a mental process that allows highly trained individuals to accurately perceive what are called targets which are places, events and people across time and space. People who use these procedures are called remote viewers and and when they are really good they can describe such things in great detail without being told anything in advance about what they are assigned to perceive, a condition known as working blind. There are a few highly skilled remote viewers in the world today and they are capable of supplying perceptual data that are scary good. In the middle of 2014 I enlisted the help of two two gifted remote viewers who are among the best on the planet currently to work on this new project. Dick Allgire and Daz Smith to avoid mental contamination due to memories or imagination, all remote viewing must be done totally blind. Again, that means that the remote viewers are never told anything about what they are supposed to perceive. They were only told with a non leading email that there is a new project together with a request that they remote view for it. Both Daz Smith and Dick Allgire are second generation civilian remote viewers. Daz Smith uses a form of remote viewing known as CRV for controlled remote viewing, a methodology that has long been used and taught by people such as Lyn Buchanan who came out of the DIA or the Defense Intelligence Agency. Dick Allgire uses A form of remote viewing known as the HRVG method for the Hawaii Remote Viewers Guild that was taught to him by Glenn Wheaton, who came out of Special Forces Intelligence in the US Army. Both Daz Smith and Dick Allgire have participated as remote viewers in many years of public research conducted at the Farsight Institute. They have extensive published and publicly verified track records in remote viewing under scientific experimental conditions. And much of their work in scientific experiments can be found on the website for the Farsight Institute and in peer reviewed published reports that are found in a variety of venues. Some of our Farsight projects, including this one, also have video content where remote viewing is recorded live under totally blind conditions. Remote viewing has evolved tremendously over the years. In the early days it was done using paper and pen, and quite honestly, it was boring to watch. It may have worked, but only the truly dedicated wanted to see it. Recent projects conducted at the Farsight Institute are essentially designed as video remote viewing projects. That is the core data for our modern projects are recorded live using video. The viewers are able to convey much more information than with paper and pen, and the audience can see all sorts of interesting nuances in the flow of the perceptions. Paper and pen sessions are used only as well what you might call warm up exercises. Also, the viewers do not communicate with one another during the remote viewing phase of the project. The sessions for this project were conducted solo. No one else was present who knew anything at all about the nature of the project while the sessions were being done. With all of our projects, it is always necessary for me to emphasize that there are two types of remote viewing data. The first type is called verifiable. Verifiable data are essential for any remote viewing project. They are detailed perceptual data that can be compared with unambiguous and known aspects of the targets, which are of course what we want the remote viewers to see. This often involves photographic images of a location. Now, in the current case, I did not want to rely on on any particular photograph of the so called Phoenix Lights since there were no official governmental photographs of the event that had been released to the public. And if we used a private photograph, it would always be possible for someone to later claim that the photograph in question was a hoax. So this project only became possible for us to do at the Farsight Institute because because the Phoenix Lights event was witnessed by so many thousands of people, with that many witnesses, including many responsible people and the Governor of the state, it was possible to define the target, which is what we want the remote viewers to look at using a verbal description, plus the verifiable data that we would expect from our remote viewers would obviously have to match face Phoenix, Arizona, which is a desert city, plus lights of some sort in the sky. When they make descriptions that match those elements, we would call those things verifiable. But we also expect that the remote viewers will report a second type of remote viewing data as well, something called new data. These data are not verifiable given known sources of information. But when remote viewers perceive and describe in stunningly accurate detail the verifiable data for the target, then the new data that they also report can be very persuasive. The reason we work only with the very best remote viewers at the Farsight Institute is because these viewers have consistent track records for describing the verifiable data with great accuracy. So if you want to know whether or not to believe our findings, first closely examine the verifiable data. Once convinced that the verifiable data are accurate and detailed, then keep your mind open to the new data as well. This Phoenix Lights project is actually the third part of a three part series that we call Remote Viewing the Aliens. The first part focused on the so called face on Mars that exists in the Cydonia region on that planet. The second part addresses what turns out to be a set of structures that are clearly visible in a NASA picture of a meteor crater on Iapetus, one of the moons of Saturn. Each of these parts are presented in separate video documentaries, and I hope you get to see all three in total. These three documentaries portray a fairly convincing portrait of the complexities of advanced extraterrestrial activity in our solar system, both in the ancient past and in our current time. And now let us see how well our remote viewers did. Remember that these viewers were totally blind to all of the targets and the nature of the project. When they did their sessions recorded live on video, they were only sent an email saying that there was a target and they should remote view it. They did not know that the project dealt with anything of a potentially extraterrestrial nature. They did not know that the target involved the Phoenix Lights. When you are watching these remote viewing sessions, there will be great tension because. Because you will know what the viewers are supposed to be describing while you are watching. But remember that they did not know what you know. You will need to remind yourself of this from time to time when you see how accurately these remote viewers describe these targets and their verifiable elements. We begin with Daz Smith's description of the Phoenix Lights event. Remember, what you are about to see is real. You are witnessing the most recent and cutting edge research in the scientific use of highly refined consciousness to explore extraterrestrial activity in our own solar system. ==== DAZ SMITH SESSION Daz Smith Okay, so let's see how we get with this. Okay, so there's definitely land. This rises. It's natural. That's outside. B is definitely a Structural structures. And these are integrated on or in the land. Sea. The sea feels like it's rising, feels like it's a structure. Feels like it's above. Solid, moving, maybe hard, dense, definitely above. Okay, so where were we? There was land, there's which is natural as outside. It feels like there's structures in and on the land. And it feels like a rising structure above the land, which is solid. Feels like it's moving hard, dense, feels like it's above, feels like it's rising upwards. I get this sense of direction, outwards, direction, linear. This feels like. Oh, feels like some kind of. I do feel straight edges to it. Feel rising, pointed, diamond shaped. It feels kind of like that in shape. Domed, rising, flatter bit on the bottom than on the top or something. Kind of structure. Feels dense, hard, solid, shiny, slick, slick. If I touch it smooth, possibly metallic. It's shiny. Feels like it has a smoothness, a slickness to it. There are seamed edges. It does feel like it's made of parts that touch, but I can't feel the seams. I can almost little bit see them but I can't feel them. It feels like it may have some kind of writing or carved kind of, I don't want to say, hieroglyphics, images, indented, carved type images on part of the surface of the structure. It feels like it's in linear bands, some kind of angular. Yeah, angular type writing on the surface of this structure. Okay, so let's see what else we got here. We'll try another ideogram here to see what we picked up. Try to get some good contact. Okay, so land. Definitely have a land here and we just have a life here. And there's an interaction in energy here. And the interaction is between life and the life is here. And it's like they're pointing and looking up, looking above. They're interacting with something above them, towering above them. Now the energy is wild. I can hear it. It's humming loud. It's really intense, like a low, penetrating, penetrating. And it feels, it feels artificial, mechanical in nature. And the hum in the energy feels like it's here. So above and in front of the life. Yes. Like this, outwards as well. So. Wow. Okay, so there's an energy that feels like it's a force downwards. But there's also a feeling of an energy which is radiating outwards. And it seems to be coming from a solid, angular looking, sleek, shiny, metallic structure which seems to be raised or rising or above. It seems to be above the land, above the life form, looking at it. So let's have an ergo. Very interesting so far. Okay, so let's try to sketch this finger bow. Okay, so it's angular and there's definitely a motion here. There's a motion and there's a structure which has angles, sharp edges and I don't know, it's kind of strange. If I were to sketch it, it kind of feels. I wanna one. I could say pyramidal, but it's not pyramidal. It's almost like. I don't know if this is right though. It feels like it has an edge to it, a lower edge and a top edge. It feels like two parts to it, almost like a diamond shape. But then when I feel it, it doesn't. It kind of also feels curved in anger. Almost like it changes shape. It's almost like a structure that can change shape or appears to change shape. Why would that be? Maybe. Maybe it's an illusion or something. Something to do with energy. I don't know. Because it does glow. We have this kind of, I don't know, also structured object, angular edges. It feels like it rises above me. Feels like it's got sharp edges, very clean lines to it. But also within the clean lines, it feels fuzzy. The whole shape feels fuzzy. And it feels like it's like. Feels like it's glowing. It feels like, you know, you'll be able to see it bright from miles around. But it feels like it's like growing. Like here. It feels a fuzziness, hazy. Kind of feels like it's giving off like a hazy gas type energy. I can't quite describe it. The edges feel like. If you're looking at the edges, they feel out of focus, blurred as if obscured by a mist or something. An energy? No, distortion. Distortion? Yeah. Maybe some kind of energy distortion or light or something. But what's happening anyway is almost like it's. I'll tell you what it's like. It's like it's shimmering. It's like you're looking at a candle or something and you change your shape. You see the shimmering at the light of it. It feels a bit like that around the edges of this structure. So it's Quite hard to pin down the exact shape of it. Yeah, shimmering, almost like it's moving alive. If I'm close to the structured object now, and I'm almost becoming the structured object, I can feel the edges of it and they feel like they're shaking and moving slightly in and out, vibrating, but they're not. I can feel it underneath. It's just that it's giving this kind of energy, glow, mistiness around it that's. Yeah. Causing this illusion. So it's very hard, it's very hard to determine its actual hard shape or does it change shape even. It may even change shape, which is weird because, you know, at this point, obviously I would have to AOL something like a ufo and I think I've done a UFO target for Courtney yet, so I don't know if we do one. Very strange, very strange target. Anything else? Not that I'm aware of. But, you know, we have this, we have this. I don't want to. We have this linear type, shining, morphing structure here and we have this life form here. It seems to be interested in it, a main life form. It seems to be male. There may be others around, I'm not sure, but it seems to be. Seem to be having. My focus is drawn to what looks like a male. And there are structures down here as well in the land. And this feels past, feels like a past event. So this life form looking up, observing and interacting with a structure. It seems to be rising, but at some point it came downwards and that's when it was seen by the life. It was seen on a descend motion. Their life form feels male, feels like he's in the past. He feels small, skinny, athletic in stature, feels like he has dark complexion, dark hair. Doesn't feel like a modern man. This does feel past, feels. I don't want to say it feels a little bit primitive in their thinking, their social structure, their life and the way he's interacting with this as well. It feels like. Feels like ancient man from the past or something. This kind of seen some kind of advanced structure or technology or something that's beyond their comprehension and they're pointing at it, looking at it in awe. I can feel the wonderment building in this life. It's something that's going to affect. It's going to affect him for the rest of his life. And it inspires them, inspires them to replicate or try to replicate what they're observing. For all intents and purposes. It feels like, you know, some kind of like again, an AOL here of some Kind of like Star Trek type, First Contact type thing where some kind of low level civilization is plunged into contact with a technologically advanced civilization. And they're just stood there watching them, what would appear to be magic to them unfold. They just seem to be in awe, looking upwards, almost treating it like a spiritual godlike event. Because I guess what they're seeing is like godlike powers to this life. As I said, it affects them. They spend the rest of their life enthralled by this. Trying to emulate this first encounter or this first experience. Trying to make sense of it, I think. Okay, so let's move on a little bit then, see what else we get. Let's try and move inside this, this structure, see what we get from inside. So let's do a quick movement here from A to B and B being inside. Okay. It feels, feels domed, Feels like this domed, let's say. And it feels ringed. Inside there is a column, central column. So it's layered, circular. There are linear elements, but not many. Inside there's a central column. It goes all the way down. Everything's curved. But why do I see edges on the outside? I don't know, it's confusing me. Okay, so this all feels curved and inside feels curved as well. Feels sterile, sleek white. It all feels fitted. It doesn't feel awkward. It feels very. Oh, what's the word for this? Encompassing. Everything feels like it has its place. There are no sharp jutting out edges or anything. There's. It's like it's been designed with a conservation of space or something. Very feng shui, kind of in style, kind of sparse. But everything has its place and it's just what's needed. It has these rings type layers, circular layers inside. There's two or three levels to this that you can go to maybe through this central thing, I don't know. But this, this does feel a bit more solid, this central kind of column within this structure. So it feels very sleek, very lit, glowing white, sterile. And inside there are life. These life feel different from the outside. Life. I'm not very good at drawing people. Tall, thin. They feel like they have long blonde hair. I feel opaque. Opaque or white in skin color. Very fair. Fair. Fair's the word. There are males and females. Oh, this is strange. But they look alike, very similar. It's like the males look quite feminine as well because of the long hair and lips as well. Lips are not lipstick. Pale lips. They have pale lips, striking eyes. And they move gracefully, slowly, carefully. Their movements are controlled and purposeful. It's like the design of things. Structure. Nothing feels wasted. Even their movements, it all feels very controlled. Sterile. I can't think of the right word for this. Purposeful. Yeah. Not wasted. They feel very peaceful at the time of this event. The life on the inside are a lot less excited than the life on the outside. Stark contrast, really. On the outside it feels like a smaller life form. Four to five feet in height, skinny, dark hair, dark skin, simply dressed, very excited by the situation, don't know what to make of it kind of thing. Whereas the life inside feel very tall, 5 to 7ft in height, very thin again, but whitish blondish hair, blue eyes, fair skin. But these feel very relaxed, very calm, very matter of fact peaceful, non aggressive, not sighted. Yeah, two very stark contrast life forms. They appear to be simply dressed as well. And I want to say it's blue, but is it blue? It feels like a metallic blue. Silver. Silver, maybe silvery blue. And it feels. It's not a uniform. It feels like a uniform, but it's not a uniform in that. I can see two of them side by side, a male and a female. They look very similar. There's not much between them. I've written a few details of the face and body shape which I can tell in the uniform. So the uniform must be tight fitting in places, but not, not all over. Two colors. I'll say grey stroke silver and blue. Very elegant, peaceful. Okay. More inside the structure. Inside the structure. I also feel that there are other elements as well. I see, I see like a boxes. Feels like arranged. Arranged shapes and also shapes like this. Almost like honeycomb shapes. Very angular, very solid and very boxy. These feel like containers and they feel like they're stacked and arranged. Yeah, like honeycomb. And they have these like framed edges to them and it feels like glass fronted or clear fronted. In some of them. Not all of them. In some of them I can feel and see a yellow viscous figure. Gel, like fluid and almost like. Well, it looks like a honeycomb with honey in them. That's not honey. It's not as thick as honey. Or is it? I don't know. It feels denser and sparkly. So they have these hexagonal cell like. Yeah, container structures. But I also feel that I see these boxy shapes. But where's these boxy shapes coming? Because everything else feels quite sleek and fitting and linear. Not linear, smooth. Designed. If I had to aol this, I would say it's very IKEA looking. What else? These curved areas as well. Could they. Could they kind of like rise and ramp, like so they're like walkways with each with a rising bit to the next to the next level type thing. That's what it feels like. It feels like you can walk and spiral your way around the structure quite easily in one fluid motion. It feels quite large as well. Structure. It hums. Yeah, it's bright, you know, it glows. The skin, the skin of the structure feels like it's pearlescent, like a pearl glowing and changing color and shape at the same time. It's kind of like, you know, glowing bright, throwing off this sound energy. Okay, that's all I'm getting from inside the target structure. Okay, so let's see if we can get anything else on this. Let's try to see if we can try to get some association with some placement of where this is all going on. What's happening here in the general overview type landscape of the area. So we're in Target 12C and I'm going to move again from the B position to C which is going to be 300ft above to see if I can try to get a positional for this. My pen's running out so let's try a different one here. Okay. 300ft above, that's 12C. Okay, so there's land. It rises, rises way over here. And there are structures here. Could it be a city? It feels like it's man made structures. There's life and then there's this thing up here. There's this, this rising kind of event structure type thing. It's glowing and it's throwing off energy and noise and hum. Feel the hum. Feel the hum and energy. Kind of like. And the structure. Yes, it's above, it's high, it's angular, it's man made, It's a man made structure. But it's rising and it's above. It's all inspiring. It's above the structures, above the people, above the land. What do I see? Structure wise? It feels like there's an ornate structure. This feels kind of like curved and angular but blocky as well. In down. In down. In down. It feels like, it feels like a structure on the land. Ornate, blocky, but also curved, layered. It feels like it's made of the land stone or something. It feels like channels and tunnels and spaces underground as well as above ground. So it feels like, it feels like a man made structure that extends above ground. Below ground has, I would say hidden. Hidden areas seem to be spaces underground. They're carved, carved out of the land. This feels like a structure that's partly carved out of the land or in the land within. A desolate, rocky, natural, dry environment with a city in the distance. Oh, I'm getting a conflict here now because part of me wants to say that the city feels owed or this feels owed or passed. But now on reflection, when I'm thinking about the city here, it feels. Could it be built up and modern? Tall structures, I don't know, lit up at night? Could this be a night event? I don't know. It's very strange. It feels like I'm looking at two different time zones here or something. Flicking between time zones past and present. No, not present, but past and past. Very strange. Okay, so there is a city. There is a city of man made structures with some kind of man made. I say man made, but structured. Structured structure is the best way I can put it. Structured structure. It feels like it's moving, feels like it's in the sky or above rising, or at least rising above the people that are here. Looking up at it, you know, looking up at it and pointing and saying, wow, look at that. Isn't that amazing? But also, also elements of construction and channeled areas that leak below. Yeah, feels like within the land itself or within the structures and land. There are areas that extend below ground on more than one level and on more than one, More than one vertical, more than one horizontal. And these feel like large, carved, hollowed out, deep, heavy. They feel heavy because I can feel them, the dense kind of weight above me if I'm on one of these areas and it feels cool and carved and big. Feels like a big carved out space underground. Yeah. In and under the land in this big landscape, which feels like I can see a vista. If I look around me like this, I feel like I can see a vista or a horizon looking far off into the distance. It looks hilly, dusty, natural, dry, dusty, barren. An inhospitable, not very nice place really, other than it does have this city area there as well. I'm getting a big AOL here, so I'm gonna have to write it here at NAOL of Las Vegas for some reason. Yeah, well, I guess this feels like some kind of Area 51 or something. Very strange. But it does have all the horror marks. It does feel like there's some kind of advanced aerial structure that seems to be changing shape or it looks like it's changing shape because it's emitting some kind of energy. It seems to be rising, seems to be up above a landscape that has people looking at it. They're looking at it in Awe of what they're seeing, the people looking and interacting with this. Then go on to try to emulate it in many different forms. It feels like it might be to do with their structures or art or society. I don't know, I just see that they try to repeat, repeat, build and emulate what they're seeing from, from these encounters. Are they trying. Yeah. Are they trying to describe it or something very strange. Okay, so let's summarize this a little bit then for you guys. Okay, so this started summer, summarize this target. So let's try to do a summary here. So there's definite energy, motion, interaction. This is rising, it's above, this is structured. I wanna, I don't know, I wanna say diamond shape, but it's not. It's linear, angular, rising in form, outwards. And it's changing shape, it's glowing, it's shiny, it's sharp, it's. It's amazing hum coming from it. Really intense energy, really intense noise. And it's outwards, it's definitely outwards. It's rising up above the life, you know, a little life here. If I'm the life, the main life, at this target, on my little life looking up at this structure in front of me, looking up in awe and wonderment. And this is just amazing. This is something like I've never seen before. So this is going to change my life forever. I can feel it. There's an instant change in this person, this life. They're so in awe of what they see, that this vision, this event that's happened in front of them colors them and changes them forever. And they try to emulate, repeat and to build, build maybe and to try to understand what they saw and what happened. And I do feel like there's a life, there's life in here as well. In stark contrast to the life that's out here. This life out here feels small, thin, darker, a bit more primitive. There is a life in here, an interaction in here. And these feel taller, lighter, blonder, more advanced, more peaceful. These are the ones that are not forcing an interaction. Is it forcing? Preempting initiating. So they initiate, initiate an interaction. I feel like there's a meeting that takes place between these smaller dark haired people and these tall or blonde haired people. There's the blonde, not very good at this. Here's the blonde hair, kind of, you know, long blonde hair type thing. So there's some kind of meeting interaction that takes place between these two. It feels like it's some kind of first time event. Type, you know, you know, welcome. Hi. You know, from the new world type meeting. Yeah. Almost like two chiefs meeting, you know, interacting, that kind of thing. First meeting type thing. So it feels like, it does feel like a first contact type event between an advance and a primitive civilization after an event or witnessing an event of some kind of structured object in the sky above what appears to be a natural but also feels rough, hard, desolate landscape. Slightly hilly in areas leading down to a long vista. They feel like there are structures here, there's life here, but not very much of it. This thing here, event past event. And it all feels very. This all feels very past. And it feels like it might be on more than one timeline as well. I get a general feeling of between one and three events or different situations. Maybe it's a repeat event that's happened. Maybe. Yeah. It feels like, it feels like some kind of interaction has happened more than once. Actually. Kind of ink fit. Yeah. Deep in the past. It feels like. It feels like it's deep in the past. And this structure thing, this structure thing I see in, I keep seeing. It's not hieroglyphics, I'm sure it's not hieroglyphics, but I keep seeing this angular pictographic type, carved, raised and hollowed out surface type writing. But it feels like it's in between channels. And this feels like it might be on the. It feels like it's on the surface of a structure. It feels like has, you know, is involved in what's happening here. I think that's it. I think that's all I'm going to get on this one. The life. I mean, if I go into the minds of the lives or something, these feel. Well, the smaller dark ones feel awestruck. They feel primitive. I don't mean this in a harsh way. I mean technology wise or something. They feel old, you know, like basic. But the smaller ones they meet feel. Definitely feel more advanced, more peaceful. I mean these can be quite, I would say not warlike, but they do have acts of aggression in their past. But these, the, the taller, thinner, blonder ones, I don't know, they feel, they feel more. More relaxed, more peaceful, more at peace with who they are, what they are, what they're doing. They feel like travelers. They feel like they've travel. Okay. Yeah. So they traveled. They're meeting for the first time. Yeah. Okay. I'm getting in a peaceful message. They will impart knowledge. I don't know, it's kind of, it almost feels kind of like a spiritual event. Yeah. Just knowledge, saying we're here and this is us. Have a look at this. This is what we got. I don't know, it's. Yeah, peaceful. Feels like almost like some kind of diplomatic, peaceful first meeting between two leaders of two different societies and tribes, one more advanced than the other, which obviously affects the less advanced one. And they end up in all of this emulating trying to build and replicate, that's the word, replicate, all that they've experienced, seen and observed. So that's it on this one. I think that's all I'm getting at the moment on this target 12C, very strange one because we haven't done a UFO structure type target before. But this has all the hallmarks of some kind of strange aerial structure. Structure that's giving off energy, light, it's glowing. It feels man made and artificial and it feels like, yeah, it feels like it's in the air above a more primitive life form. So it does feel, it does feel UFO type in nature. So it's a very strange target, but it all feels very past as well. High and. Yeah, so on the surface area and the land and the darker, smaller people. Feels very low tech, very, very different from what appears to be inside this man made structure which feels more high tech, complete, completely different in design. Structure and feel. Very interesting. Artificial, artificial, slick, plasticky inside, very slick, plasticky metal, very modern, you know, kind of feel, no waste of space, no hard edges, all that kind of stuff. Whereas outside, very harsh, very linear, very natural, kind of desolate kind of land type place. Yeah, Conflict and a contrast. Almost like two different cultures and two different technologies or times or something. Yeah, that's it. ==== COURTNEY BROWN SUMMARY Courtney Brown As you can see, the verifiable elements of the target as shown in the video session are precisely described by Daz Smith. All done while he was totally blind to the target or the nature of the project. There can be no ambiguity as to what he is describing. He is clearly describing an event that occurred in the air over a desert city in the American Southwest. This is clearly not New York City or Hawaii or the Eiffel Tower or Washington dc. His descriptions exactly match what we know about the target in terms of the verifiable elements. Now let's turn to the session by Dick Allgire for the same target. I want to make sure you note the similarities and overlap between Dick's and Daz's sessions. These are two of the best remote viewers on the planet and it is great to see how they describe the same things in such a strikingly parallel manner. This Includes many of the physical descriptions of the subjects in the airborne structures. ==== DICK ALLGIRE SESSION Dick Allgire Air One, I get a real good visual here of like roiling clouds, like the underside of storm clouds. And then there is a, like a plasma ball glow I see in the clouds and I see rays of light coming out so high overcast beams of light coming out of clouds. I get this target keeps drawing my attention to something glowing. And that's my first visual of it. And I haven't really resolved that out other than to say ionized plasma. Okay, so that's interesting to me. That's an interesting visual. I'm seeing groups of like I'm seeing groups of people, life forms on the ground. It's nighttime, so the sky is dark, the scene is dark. But I see a lot of up turned faces this, that I'm seeing right now. Not a lot of people. A couple dozen, maybe there could be 50 people here. But I'm seeing a light reflected off their faces. They're looking up, there's a few more here. They're in the same vicinity but they seem apart. These seem different, these guys seem different. And up above is this glowing light. It's indistinct to me right now, but it's putting out a lot of luminosity. This is, this is, this is bright and this brightness is illuminating their faces. So these people are looking up at this and it's a sight to see. They don't seem shocked or aghast. They, they seem more like something you'd look at if you, if anytime you see a 747 big jet landing, you're going to look up and look at it and watch it go by. Even if you've seen it before, it's still of interest. These people don't feel directly contact connected to it. These life forms here seem like they are connected to it. Like they vectoring, they're vectoring it in. So there's like a schedule, There's a time frame, a schedule. They know it's coming, they're part of bringing this in. But they're here, they're down below and these people aren't. It's more unexpected to them but it's something they may have seen before. They don't know the schedule so they're not completely surprised. But it's like, oh well we didn't expect that, but these guys did expect it. And these guys are somehow, I don't want to say responsible but associated with this, waiting for it, maybe support crew type of thing. So let's look at, look at what this is, it's dark there but it's illuminated by this object, this glowing plasma thing. I'm going to look at the glowing structure object that I see up here. Okay. This is the clearest visual that I get on this target. I can pretty much call this up, see if I can draw it like it. This seems metallic but this is the bright part. I keep seeing these dividing like panels behind that is. This light is yellower than this. This is orange is the closest pen I have. I can draw this better in Photoshop later. So. But what I'm seeing isn't that rounded on the bottom. Okay. So that's the glow. That's the luminescent glow that drawing my attention. And this is above what's above the horizon. There's structures down here, more structures on this side. The people are looking up, the beings are looking up here. And I at one point see something like extending down here. I don't want to say tether line beam. I don't know what it is. It may not be physical, it may be a energy beam but it somehow the concept of tether but not a physical tether. Something that connects some sounds crackle, buzz, hum. Charged static electrical sounds. Sounds of something that's pretty charged. And speaking of pretty charged, there's ionization like ionized ionized plasma gases. This is. This thing is super dynamic, supercharged super. It's. It's got a lot of electrical gravitational ionized plasma. There's just a lot of charge to. This is the best way I can say it. A lot of charge. So that's the glowing thing. See if I can look inside, do a movement order. Really is pretty cool to see up there. Move inside this will take me a minute. Okay. This is a movement order move inside this structure. Well it's crammed full of shit several levels. It's like a engine compartment in a nuclear submarine. Let me see if I can draw this. If it's got a kind of a dome shape like this and we would be. And inside some of this is metallic like really dense high tech metal tubing, piping. And some of it is various metals in various states. Like metal that's a gas. What do I want to say? Like charged particles with a magnetic. And then there's a cone thing jacket around this. Since that. That would be power tubing. A lot of electrical fiber optic, a lot of interconnected stuff. But there's. There's rotating charged gases, ionized charged, rotating this way. But it's not plasma charged particles rotating in. There's Little places where they highly. The super collider. Don't they shoot one particle at each other down the super collider. This is like the super collider, but there's not one particle. There's billion. I mean, there's. It's full of particles. I don't understand this. So then the part below. I don't get a sense that you would have life here. You wouldn't want to be here. Like, you wouldn't want to be in the reactor compartment of a nuclear submarine or aircraft carrier. They'd have to bring it down to a, like, unscrambled. This isn't nuclear, but you wouldn't want this going. So this below here would be where the people or the beans would be. And all around. This is plasma. Wow. Magnetic fields. So this is something to do with the MRI machine from 1000 on steroids. Like heavy. Heavy magnetic fields in here. The power is. The power cell is here. And it's small. It's not. This isn't generating power. This is. It takes power to run it a lot. But there's a lot of power in a small clean. There's no fuel. It pulls energy out of thin air. No, out of. There's just energy in the dimension that they take it out of. I don't understand that. Okay, let's see if we can see some people being subjects. Life forms. Life 1. What I'm seeing here is a screen that is. I see a glow from it. It's kind of a. It's indistinct, but it's a. It's a screen and it's. It's on, it's active. And I see a tall. So this is kind of dim to me because the light's coming off the screen and it's not real bright in here. Kind of shadowy to me. This one is taller. These one are shorter. There's a bunch of them. I would have to say I get a, like, almost father figure leader. Definitely smarter. Like, these are helpers. They're not kids. They look like kids. Like some dwarfs are helping him or something. Let me look at him. And. It. I'm not really an artist. This is challenging to draw on the spot. What I just see for a flash, I get a definite male energy. Feels male, but very handsome. A very pretty man. Like a Swedish actor. Kind of looks like Julian Assange. This has nothing to do with Julian Assange or WikiLeaks, but has that kind of look like smooth, perfect skin. I get real. A real masculine, manly feel, but not like. Doesn't need a shave. Like smooth skin. Masculine but handsome to the point of being pretty, but not at all effeminate. Hair is kind of swept back in long, light brown, blondish hair. Clothes are comfortable. Very fine fabric. Really nice fabric. Not cashmere, but like cashmere. Not silk, but like silk may not even be from an animal source. The clothes are just finely, finely made. Now, this is really weird, but this guy can look like this. And he's quite tall. Quite tall. Just a nice looking guy. Excuse me. I would say like beige color clothes. Very statuesque, very self assured, very smart. I want to say almost godlike. Intelligence, knowledge of physics, mathematics, natural sciences, genetics. This guy would have 10 PhDs. Really, really smart. If you could. Maybe I could. I'll try. There's something. I'm drawn to his eyes. When I look into his eyes, I see something else. And really friendly face, but looking in the eyes. Okay. He can like morph, like change. And I'm going to draw that. Let's see if I can. Chubbier here. Yeah, chubby. Your cheeks, smaller forehead. Not the big. He looks like a cat. I want to draw ears, like cat ears, but I don't think he's got cat ears because his eyes look so much like a cat. I want to draw whiskers, but I don't think there's whiskers. It's cat eyes. He can look like a cat man. He can change his appearance, I think so. Mr. Catman, tell me something about your science. The stars on the velvet. The light doesn't come through the velvet. The light. The Earth isn't flat. Okay. The Earth isn't flat. When we know that. But they did used to think the Earth was flat. They were wrong. That was the science at the time. And the universe isn't three dimensional. So if you. Thinking the universe is three dimensional is like thinking the Earth is flat. And he can illustrate this for me by saying the light doesn't reside on the velvet. If I took a piece of black cloth and okay, so this is all black and there were holes in it. You poked holes in the black velvet and you put it up in front of a light source here, the light will shine through the holes. So it looks to you in two dimensions like there are points of light on this black cloth. If I hold up a paper and put holes in it and it's black, it looks like the lights are in the dimension of the paper. But it's hard to explain. The light is really something else from another dimension coming through. So if you look at the Stars in the night sky, in the universe, they look like points of light embedded in this 3D reality. We were told that it's its gases and dust, interstellar dust collapses of its own gravity and ignites and turns into a star. And he's saying that isn't how it works, that the stars are like holes to another dimension. And if you use it as a one dimensional thing, like a piece of velvet, I mean, the stars are, there's one here, there's one here, there's one here, there's one here, there's one here, and there's one here. But what they are is energy coming through from like a fourth dimension. So they're holes to another dimension. They're not just a nuclear fusion reaction going on. They're a hole in the third dimension that goes to another dimension. And I was working part of this session and I got a charged energy and then charged energy and a rapid character transfer back and forth. I think it relates in that what he's explaining is that the, like the stars connect to another dimension. And if you go to that dimension that exists in one place, but the stars in this seeming three dimension seems like they're far apart. But if you can go through to that, you can go out any other one. And that's how they travel. Did that make sense? So interdimensional travel, faster than light. ==== COURTNEY BROWN SUMMARY Courtney Brown So how can we pull all of these remote viewing data together? Clearly, the so called Phoenix lights were not flares dropped by US Military aircraft. Something much more important than that was going on. Also, it is understandable that the US Government would issue a statement describing the events as simply flares. What else were they to say? That the spaceships from alien civilizations were dropping in to visit Phoenix? The government has got itself into a bind. It cannot admit to even one instance of extraterrestrial activity without the entire house of cards of official denial collapsing. And they undoubtedly fear that the public would react unpredictably. And if there is anything that any government wants to avoid, it is an unpredictable public response to nearly anything. Maintaining stability is the primary concern of all governmental activity. Another thing that we can pull from these remote viewing sessions is that at least some extraterrestrials do seem to want to start communicating with the mass public on Earth. The governments may want all of this to remain hidden from public view, but clearly many of the extraterrestrials themselves feel that the time is right for an open public discourse about the subject. Of course, these ideas and findings are not yet taught in schools, at least not here on Earth. But fortunately we don't have to wait for others to give us permission to see the greater reality. Do not be restricted by what the mainstream media, mainstream science or any government or governmental agency says that you are allowed to think or believe. We are free to see what we see with our own eyes and to make up our own minds. We always need to utilize this freedom. We are free only so long as we allow ourselves to think freely. Freedom ends as soon as you allow someone else to decide for you what is real and what is not real.
