An Outline of Farsight's Corporate Structure

There are two Farsight corporations.

I. Farsight Research, Inc.

The first Farsight corporation is an IRS approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation named "Farsight Research, Inc." This nonprofit corporation uses the public name (i.e., the dba) of The Farsight Institute, and this corporation is dedicated to the research and public education of the phenomenon known as "remote viewing." When people contribute to The Farsight Institute, they are making tax deductible contributions to that corporation. There are currently three regular members of the Board of Directors for The Farsight Institute. As of October 2019, the current members of the Farsight Board of Directors are:

• Courtney Brown
• Lyn Buchanan
• Dominique Surel

Here is our IRS nonprofit approval letter. There are no paid or salaried personnel at The Farsight Institute. Everyone is a volunteer. Contributions go to purchase supplies and services to enable us to do our work.

II. Farsight, Inc.

The second Farsight corporation is called "Farsight, Inc." This is a privately owned for-profit corporation, and when people purchase products such as Farsight DVDs and online videos, t-shirts, mugs, etc., they are purchasing these things from Farsight, Inc. The profits from Farsight, Inc. support either directly or indirectly the research and educational mission of The Farsight Institute with respect to the phenomenon of remote viewing. For example, the web site for The Farsight Institute is paid for and maintained by Farsight, Inc.
